Ashley A. Mannschreck graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2002. She was a member of the Law Review and held the position of Article Editor in 2001. Ashley is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association and Texas Land Title Association.

Ashley has represented clients in a wide range of complex litigation including first-party bad faith claims, policy coverage issues, title insurance, real estate, labor and employment, products liability, maritime, and professional liability. Ashley has aggressively represented clients before state and federal courts and is admitted to practice in the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western Federal District Courts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ashley has represented a diverse group of construction-related businesses, including: engineer and design teams, general contractors and subcontractors, and construction companies.

While recognizing that aggressive representation is important, Ashley understands the magnitude of evaluating a case with the forethought of what is in the best interest of the client.
