Steven M. Duble
EXPERIENCE
Steven Duble has handled a wide variety of complex litigation since he began practicing law in 1989. Mr. Duble has extensive experience representing lawyers who have been sued for professional liability arising from various underlying legal matters, including family, patent, personal injury, real estate, immigration, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and transactional matters. Prior to joining Irelan ❖ Hargis, he was a partner at Hays McConn. Mr. Duble has tried cases in Federal District Courts and a number of counties in Texas, including Harris, Jefferson, Liberty and Brazoria. Additionally, he has successfully argued appeals in Texas Appellate Courts and the U.S. 5th Circuit. Mr. Duble has an AV Peer Review Rating with Martindale Hubbell (highest rating for ethics and ability).
